Bonanza Breakfast Casserole

Other rolled grains like wheat, tritical, etc.

Anise seed

pineapple chunks

walnuts

dried figs

Extra dates

1-1/2 C Rolled wheat, barley or rye grain
3 C. water or pineapple juice
1/2 C chopped nuts (almonds, pecans or filberts work well)
1/2 C chopped dates
1/2 C dried fruit (raisins, pitted cherries, apricots etc)
1/4 t ground Coriander seed
1/8 t ground cardimom seed
3/4 t salt

Place all ingrediants in a large casserole dish, stir slightly to blend ingrediants. Bake at 350 F. for one hour. Serves about 3-4 hungery people.
