Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be missed. A good hearty, whole food breakfast is valuable for weight loss. The energy from breakfast is used by the body rather than stored as fat.

If you are not hungry at breakfast time cut back on the evening meal or skip it entirely and drink some water instead and by breakfast you will be ready to eat.

For the most energy without feeling hungry before lunch eat plenty of whole grains and fruit.
