A delicious way to eat your squash.

Butternut Malt

1/2 C. raw almonds (may use raw filberts)
3/4 C water
1/4 C dates or maple syrup 
1 tea coriander
1 tea cardimom
1/2 tea carob powder
1 C frozen cooked butternut squash
6-8 ice cubes
1/4 C powdered malt (Aunt Patties)

Blend all except ice cubes in blender (best done in a Vita Mix) While blender is still running add ice cubes one at a time and blend until chilled but smooth. . Serves 1-2 people.

This is very similiar in taste to egg nog
