This can also be done in a food processor grinding the nuts in a dry processor first before adding the fruit but it can be hard on the machine.

 

Cherry Date Bon Bons

1/2 C dried pitted cherries
1/2 C dates
1/2 C raw almonds
1/4 C carob powder

Grind all ingrediants in a Champion juicer with only the funnel attached.  Alternate all three ingredants as you put them in the processor (about 1-2 tablespoons at a time)

Form the grinded ingrediants into walnut sized balls. Roll in carob powder to coat them. Serve.
