A creamy nutty soup that is best made fresh. Good with some whole grain bread. Creamed Potato Soup

3 medium white or red potatoes, cubed in about 1 inch pieces
2 stalks celery sliced
1/4 onion, chopped
1-2 Tbl Chicken Style Seasoning Mix
2/3 cup raw whole almonds

Place potatoes, celery and onions in a medium sauce pan and add enough water to cover the vegetables about 1/2 inch. Boil until potato pieces are tender. Remove from heat, drain off liquid and place liquid in blender with almonds and season mix. Blend until creamy and smooth. Pour over cooked vegetables and serve immediatly.

Optional ingrediants: carrots, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower.
